The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (referred to as "GCU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services by and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".

The website www.djet.fr offers the User free access to information describing the services offered by D'JET Conseil, Formation Projet. These services are as follows:

  • Consulting, training and project development assistance in the field of intelligent transport systems (ITS), advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous and connected vehicles (CAV),

  •     Training in the EAST-ADL method for the development of on-board electronic architectures in vehicles

  • Road safety training

  • Training in the design of client-server applications based on the Symfony framework.


The site is accessible free of charge in any place to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the information contained in the site (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

 

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

 

The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information in a manner that respects privacy in accordance with Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms.
