EAST-ADL training program

Program overview

During 3 days  the program covers the following main themes

Introduction to multiplexed architecture (day #1)
  • A short history of multiplexing

  • Sensors, actuators, ECU, bus

  • Architecture variants : centralized gateway, distributed gateway

  • Logical  and physical representation

EAST-ADL (day #1)
  • Requirements

  • Vehicle platform

  • The levels of abstractions (FAA, FDA)

  • Hardware implementation

Case study and exercises (1/2 day #1, day #2, 1/2 day #3)
  • Using EAST-ADL to design an ISA (Intelligent Speed Adaptation) ADASE (Practical exercises)

Premiminary Hazard Analysis and Timing consideration (1/2 day #3 afternoon)

Program can be adjusted "on the fly"

Training includes : slides, examples, prepared EAST-ADL files
